To redeem your house portrait certificate, follow these steps:
Step 1: Send me an email to zoe@zoejenkinsart.co.uk which includes the number on the top right of your gift certificate. If your certificate doesn't have a number on the top of it then let me know the name of the person who gave you the gift certificate.
Step 2: Inform me of any specific requests you have regarding your house portraits (e.g. plants to include or leave out, lettering you would like included, pets you would like to be featured etc.)
Step 3: Choose a selection of high-resolution photos of the house which should include:
- Your preferred view of the house, preferrably straight-on
- Close-ups of any details including your front door, windows and any other specific details
Step 4: Attach these images to the email.
Step 5: Once I recieve this email I will get started on your painting as soon as I can and will reply to you if I have any further queries.
Your completed painting will usually be with you within 2 to 3 weeks, sent via Royal Mail Signed For.
